- Always have everything measured out. It is better for the recipe and your health, especially to reduce sugar intake.

- Invest in a trusty steamer. It will do wonders. Let it heat up before you start timing your cooking.
- I always try to imagine being back in home economics class to encourage myself, I remember my teachers’ nagging.
- 10 tsp of sugar a day is recommended as a maximum amount. Can calculate each day. 5 tsp healthier.
- Store properly. It can last you over a few days.
- My sugar intake today: 4.5 tsp sugar (cornflake cookies) + 4 tsp (teh peng)
