https://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/pan-fried_chicken_pie_32885
refer to the archives above for access to my failed chicken pie. I used a trusty pie filling from my home ec teacher learnt in the year 1995, but tried frying the pie instead and the puff pastry just disintegrated upon attempting to flip it.
The BBC recipe above I will try asap as it uses filo pastry and I espied it in the ntuc. Pan frying also seems healthier.
For the filling, I wonder if mine is a tad too watery…hmm….I really hope not….
No-Bake Thai Tea Cheesecake – Jaja Bakes – jajabakes.com
I would love to try making the above since I have purchased a big bag of thai tea mix from Redman at a discounted price!
It sounds delicious and quite straightforward. 🙂
Peanut Butter Cornflake Cookies (no bake)
I would like to try this above recipe too…I have bought only cornflakes, light corn syrup and an ice cream scoop.
I’m very glad for this simple recipe. Later I’ll post pics…will try it out!
New recipe to try: Thai tea marshmellow rice krispies
Another way to use thai tea mix 😉
