Best No-Bake Cheesecake Recipe

I love the above recipe. I tried it the first time last Christmas, and here’s how amazing it looks.

I even got a placemat for it so that I would always remember this day.

Doesn’t the addition of fresh fruits make it all cute and tasty?

By the way, I made it again last week, during the holidays, this time with dried apricots.

This time, I let the cream cheese to soften too long at room temperature so it took longer for the cake to harden. I followed the same recipes, just folded chopped dried apricots into the mixture.

Also, instead of graham crackers, I use digestive biscuits…
