My fried chicken pies fell apart, so I shan’t post them here. I will post the filling recipe as it tastes goood…
Recipe
1/2 yellow onion
1 pack chicken fillet, diced
1 can petit pois
1/2 can Campbell’s cream of chicken soup
Fry onion with 1 tbsp oil.
add chicken and fry for 3-4 minutes.
add petit pois, and fry
add the cream of chicken soup straight out of the can
add 1/4 cup water
cover and cook for 3 minutes
open and stir and cook on low for 1-2 minutes.
ta da! time to make those pies after cooling down the mixture for 30 minutes or so,
