
Recipe (from Google search)
200g small pearl sago, soaked for 30 minutes and drained
pandan extract (I used 1 tsp)
50g gula melaka (I used a liquid concentrate)
10g tapioca flour
pinch of salt
topping: 1 pack grated coconut (steamed with a pinch of salt)
Stir/mix the first 5 ingredients together
grease the metal cups with oil (I used chwee kueh cups)
steam on high heat for 20 minutes
leave to cool completely
toss in grated coconut
serve chilled.
